At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
